Paris Hilton's Stalker Charged The man who was arrested outside Paris Hilton's California home earlier this month has been charged with two counts of felony stalking. James Rainford was first caught outside Hilton's Hollywood Hills home last October after he was found trespassing on her property. He was subsequently handed a restraining order, which banned him from going within 200 yards of Hilton. However, Rainford is accused of violating the order on July 4, when he was arrested outside Hilton’s Malibu estate.He has now been charged with two felony stalking counts and three misdemeanour counts of disobeying a court order.His bail has been set at $150,000. Rainford caused another security scare for Hilton earlier this year, he attacked her then-boyfriend Cy Waits outside a Los Angeles courthouse in April. |

Intruder Arrested On Halle Berry's Property After the harrowing experience of coming face to face with her stalker, the man who's been trespassing on Halle Berry's property has been arrested.The man returned to her home around 11 p.m. Monday night. "Law enforcement sources say the man jumped over the back wall at Halle's home. This time her private security -- off-duty police officers -- were watching the suspect on a security camera as he entered the grounds."Richard Franco was quickly apprehended and LAPD officers were called to the scene, at which point he was arrested and booked on suspicion of felony stalking. It's believed that Franco who is the same person who was spotted on Berry's property this past Saturday and Sunday.Berry has obtained a restraining order against the man. In court documents she said, "This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me and those I love." |
