Lindsay Lohan May Return To Jail Lindsay Lohan could be back behind bars on Friday.She recently admitted to failing two court-ordered drug tests and has had a bench warrant issued for her arrest and she will have her probation revoked on Friday by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox. She may have to spend 30 days in jail as she waits for a probation violation hearing to be held.A source claims, "Lindsay could be remanded directly into custody on Friday, pending the probation violation hearing, and it's very likely that Judge Fox will do that. She was allowed to remain out on bail last time until her probation violation hearing, but Judge Fox probably won't give her that privilege because of her failed drug test, and this is her second probation violation hearing in less than three months."By remanding her directly to custody, Lindsay would stay behind bars until the probation violation hearing, she wouldn't allowed to get out early. The probation violation hearing could be set for the following week, or as much as 30 days from now. If it's set for 30 days from now, Lindsay will remain behind bars during that time if that is what Judge Fox decide |

Paris Hilton Refused Entry To Japan Paris Hilton canceled her Asia tour and will return home because she was denied entry at Tokyo's airport Wednesday following a drug violation in the U.S. and running afoul of strict Japanese laws."I'm going back home, and I look forward to coming back to Japan in the future," Hilton told reporters before departing on her private jet.She had arrived at Narita International Airport, two days after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor drug charge in Las Vegas. Japan has strict immigration laws that bar entry to those convicted of drug offenses.Hilton was to appear Wednesday at a news conference in Tokyo to promote her fashion and fragrance lines. She arrived Tuesday evening, but was stopped at the airport and spent the night at an airport hotel after being questioned by officials. Her publicist, Dawn Miller, said Hilton plans to make the trips at a later date. "Paris is very disappointed and fought hard to keep her business commitments and see her fans, but she is forced to postpone her commitments in Asia," she said in a statement. "Paris understands and respects the rules and laws of the immigration authorities in Japan and fully wishes to cooperate with them."A Japanese immigration official said she was denied entry Wednesday after a total of about six hours of questioning over the two days. The country has taken a tough line with celebrities in the past. |

Lindsay Lohan Admits Failing Drug Test Lindsay Lohan has failed her latest drug test, she admitted late Friday, and now faces the prospect of a return to jail.Three weeks ago Lohan wrapped up her court-ordered rehab stint, supposedly clean and sober.Per the terms of her probation in her DUI case as laid out last month by Judge Elden S. Fox, Lohan was "advised that any positive or missed test will result in 30-day jail sentence." Late Friday, she revealed she had failed the test in a string of messages on Twitter."Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result," she said. This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences," she wrote.A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office declined to comment.
